After service
1. The quality guarantee period of the company's products is 60 months after the contract goods pass the acceptance inspection and are put into operation.
2. We guarantee that the products we provide are brand - new and unused. We ensure that our
products operate safely and reliably under correct installation and normal operation conditions. During the quality guarantee period of the contract goods, if any defects are found in the contract goods we provide and they do not meet the contract requirements, the buyer may fle a claim
against us. If we have any objections to the claim, we will raise them in writing within 7 days after receiving the buyer's claim notice. Otherwise, it shall be deemed that we accept the buyer's claim request. If we do not object to the buyer's claim or our objections are not tenable, we shall repair , replace the goods as required by the buyer, or compensate the buyer for losses. If replacement is required, after receiving the buyer's written notice, we will promptly replace the goods with
qualifed and high - quality products as required by the buyer. All costs arising therefrom shall be borne by us.
3. During the quality guarantee period of the contract goods, if the contract goods are shutdown due to the need for repairing or replacing defective equipment caused by our responsibility, the quality guarantee period shall be recalculated from the date when we eliminate the defect. All losses
arising therefrom (including but not limited to relevant inspection, experiment, expert consultation , transportation, installation and other costs caused by the quality of the equipment) shall be borne by us. If defects are found in the components of the contract goods during the quality guarantee period but do not afect the normal operation of the goods, the quality guarantee period of the
repaired or replaced components shall be recalculated.
4. The expiration of the quality guarantee period shall not be regarded as the release of our liability for potential defects in the contract goods that may cause damage to the contract goods. During the quality guarantee period, if potential defects are found in the contract goods, the buyer has the right to require us to repair or replace the defective goods and goods of the same batch in a timely manner free of charge. After the expiration of the quality guarantee period, during the service life of the goods, if potential defects are found in the contract goods, the buyer has the right to require us to repair or replace the defective goods and goods of the same batch in a timely manner at cost price.
5. We guarantee that the contract goods will operate well throughout their service life under correct installation, normal operation and maintenance. We promise that the service life of the contract goods is not less than 40 years.
5.1 During the service life of the goods, if we discover potential defects or principle - based failures in the contract goods, we will notify the buyer in writing immediately.
6. For the contract goods, we will adopt technologies and materials that have been proven correct and mature in operation. If new technologies or materials that have not been used in the past are to be adopted, prior consent from the buyer is required. The buyer's consent does not relieve or exempt us from the responsibilities we should bear under this contract. We shall be responsible for all quality problems of the equipment and components purchased from subcontractors.
7. During the execution of this contract, if any defects are found in the contract goods we provide
, any errors are found in the technical materials, or if rework of the project or scrapping of the
goods is caused due to incorrect guidance by technical personnel, we shall immediately repair or replace the goods free of charge. If the goods need to be replaced, we will bear all costs of replacing the goods at the installation site, including but not limited to the cost of new goods, the cost of
transporting the new goods to the installation site, and the cost of disposing of the replaced goods . The time limit for us to replace or repair the contract goods shall be implemented as agreed by both parties. If the replacement or repair work is not completed within the time limit, it shall be
treated as a delayed delivery.
8. If the contract goods are damaged due to the buyer's failure to install, operate or maintain them in accordance with the technical materials, drawings and instructions provided by the seller, or due to reasons other than our technical personnel, the buyer shall be responsible for repair and replacement. However, we are obliged to provide the required replacement parts as soon as
possible. For emergency parts requested by the buyer, we will arrange the fastest transportation method, and all costs shall be borne by the buyer.
9. During the period from the date when the contract goods are transported to the delivery location until the end of the quality guarantee period, if any defects are found in the contract goods we
provide and they do not meet the requirements of this contract, the buyer has the right to choose and we are required to take the following remedial measures:
9.1 Repair
Upon receiving the repair call, for projects within Beijing, we will respond and provide on - site
repair within 24 hours. For projects in provinces and cities outside Beijing, the Quality Department will frst provide remote assistance. If it is determined to be a quality problem and cannot be solved remotely, for small switches, we will mail new switches for replacement within 24 hours. For large switches, depending on the project distance, on - site repair will be carried out within 48 - 72 hours , and at the latest, within 72 hours.
We will repair the contract goods that do not meet the contract requirements (including returning them to the factory for repair) to make them meet the contract requirements. The costs shall be borne by us. Unless otherwise agreed by the buyer, the repair workshall be completed within 30 days.
9.2 Replacement
Replace the non - compliant contract goods with goods that meet the contract requirements. The costs shall be borne by us. Unless otherwise agreed by the buyer, the replacement shall be completed within 30 days.
